We assume they will behave.  We assume they will be respectful.  We assume they will not bad mouth.  We assume they will not criticize or talk behind your back.  These assumptions do not work in our favor.  And as a result, our business is negatively impacted.  Furthermore, we do the same to ourselves with our health.  We will exercise tomorrow.  We will do that run tomorrow.  Just a little busy today...most of us know this drill.  Take charge of your behavior and watch your life and business shift."
