Starting out as a Residential Loan Officer for Dunnrite Mortgage in 2001; allowed him to gain a vast knowledge of the Mortgage Brokerage side of the Residential Real Estate business. From there, he went on to obtain his Real Estate License in 2009, making the jump to Residential Real Estate sales. His experience as a Loan Officer and a Real Estate Broker, provides him with an edge over other Brokers.
In 2009 Shaun started as a sales agent for BH&G RE Metrobrokers, where he gained a lot of knowledge and experience in residential sales, commercial leasing, short sales, pre-foreclosures, investment opportunities, lease properties, lease purchase opportunities, and property management. Since then, he has worked in all the Metro Atlanta Counties including Fulton, Cobb, Clayton, DeKalb, North Fulton, Henry, and Gwinnett County to name a few.
In 2012, Shaun obtained his Brokers License and made the transition to New Beginning Realty as an Associate Broker, which soon brought on the opportunity to partner with one of Atlanta’s top REO brokerage firms. Shaun is currently one of New Beginning Realty’s top 10 nominated brokers in sales by the Atlanta Board of Realtors year after year.
