Jack Bevier

Dominion is a real estate investment company specializing in distressed single family homes. Jack started at the company in 2007 and has been a Partner since 2008. Having made it through the crucible of 2008-2010, Jack has been active in every aspect of the business, including acquisitions, construction management, property management, human resources, IT, finance, and sales & marketing.

Currently, Dominion owns and self-manages over 750 single family homes in Baltimore. Dominion's recent growth has been in its lending business - mortgage origination activity has increased to over $100M/mo.

Jack acts as the head of business development activities. We pride ourselves on being nimble and fast-moving, in order to take advantage of the opportunities that each point of the real estate cycle provides.
